you should check out the YTCA breeder referral list. many of them are very close to dc. in fact, i spoke on the phone w/ one in gaithersburg and another one in laurel. they both seem like they will have puppies available soon.
if you dont mind driving further, you can check out nikis yorkies near ocean city. i personally just got mine from melissa of kissa yorkies and biewers (
wv yorkies) but she is a far drive. these 2 women are both on this forum.
