Is Macy awake when she pees on your Mom? Is is alot of pee or a little bit? Immediate fix would be to put a diaper on her (to protect your Mom). Could very well be marking (if she's awake). Maybe take her out to potty immediately before laying on your Mom's lap, and every 30 min - 1 hr. to allow her to relieve herself.

My male doesn't pee on me, but he will start marking more when he feels insecure. I found if I give him more attention, he marks less.

Also if she's doing it in her sleep, she may feel so comfortable... like back with her littermates and her Mom, where Mommie is expected to 'take care of' that stuff!
