Yes they are both wearing Leg Warmers.

The whole set was 15 with shipping.
It was 4 leg warmers, Christmas Tree Sweater, Santa Helper Shirt with soft faux furr, Scrunchie with jeweled bone, 2 plush squeek toys.

I think it was a really good deal.
