then my only advice would be get a lock on the fence so they cant open it my family went through this years ago when a mailman maced our sheltie for kicks. luckily the neighbor got a video of it because the same mailman kicked his dog the week before, so he was taping his yard and porch and ours. eventually we went to city council and they sent us a formal apology.
