quiet frankly, i had no doubt that you cared for your dogs- thats why you asked for advise, right? and what else would we have posted for if it was not out of concern for the puppy?
but the fact is that if only one person was to suggest the vet and everyone else who Would have suggested the vet does not, many people then ignores that one voice and that Could cost a dog dearly... so i personally hope that we all continue with the posting method that works; giving the best advise possible, not constantly worrying Incase you offend the OP with suggesting to see a qualified professional practicioner- if i ever have any doubts, i'm straight on the phone to my vet- i'm well aware he is just human, but hes a darn good one and i'm lucky enough to have a vet that i do trust with my dogs lives!
in your first post, you made it look like she made this noise every time she got excited, so given the wording, would you not have also suggested a vet trip? i'm glad that you are using medical sites for your research, but given that there are many for whom the choice is vet trip vs. wikipeadia, so you see the point don't you?
i'm glad shes ok and hope that this problem doesn't re-occur for her, because it does sound like it would be scary for her...
give Tulip hugs from me n the furkids!
