Hi!

I don't have a yorkie (I show and breed maltese) but I was hoping someone could help me.

Today I found a yorkie when I went to pick up my kids from school. He was running around and kids were kicking at him and he also had no concept of street safety. My 11 yr old daughter picked him up and we brought him home.

I've put up fliers, put ads in papers and craigslist (and fidofinder) took him to the vet to be scanned for a microchip (he had none) and he was not wearing a collar. He is a very sweet boy but is a matted mess. He is also NOT NEUTERED

Does anybody know of a yorkie rescue in california that I can call about him, if his owners do not contact me? I absolutely cannot keep this dog, unfortunately and I sure do not want to hand him over to the SPCA.
