Health Guarantee....puppy replacement but, if you chose a puppy of greater value you have to pay the difference. What's with that?

Isn't a breeder I'd deal with if I were looking for a new family addition.

Luxating Patella, Umbilical hernia, Inguinal Hernia, Hydroencephelitis, Coccidia, Giardia, and any parasitic presence at time of purchase is not covered in this contract. These are conditions that occasionally occur, regardless of the level of care that is given to the pups prior to leaving my home.
By signing this contract you are agreeing that it is your responsibility to place this puppy in a new, appropriate home, regardless of financial compensation if :

1. Your living situation changes and you are no longer able to have pets.
2. You change your mind for any reason and do not wish to have the puppy as part of your family.
We are more than happy to assist you with advice on how to do this and pass on contacts of anyone who may be interested in adopting your puppy. Actual screening and agreement of adoption is up to you. AMAZING
