Usually on the 3rd week after breeding they will go off food. Don't let this go on for very long. At her last trimester you should increase her number of feedings and the amount. Make sure her food does not contain soy, it is a calcium depleter. And make sure it has a good protien value.

If this is her first litter, you probably won't be able to tell until the end of her fifth week. Have x-rayed a week before her first due date.
