Happy to hear your little girl is back home in your arms and the surgery went well. We all know that sick with worry feeling of having them in for surgery. You and she got through it and that is what matters!
That is very odd that the vet did not remove her pupper teeth. The best time to do it is when they are in for neuter/spay so they don't have to go under again later if the teeth don't come out on their own.
You can encourage the teeth to come out by playing with safe tug of war rope toys or other chewing toys.
