I'm sorry, I just don't understand your comment about "not forcing" someone to do this. You are the breeder, most reputable breeders care about their lines and would be concerned about just anyone buying their puppies for breeding purposes. You are in the drivers seat as the breeder.
I respect any breeder who DOES have a spay/neuter contract.
