If you are looking to grow a nice coat, I would definately stop the Pedigree food. Try one of the better quality foods and you will probably see quite a difference. A friend was always talking about how shiny my dogs coats were and asking what shampoo I used. I gave her a big bottle of my Minksheen. Although she liked it and they did look pretty good after a bath, she still couldn't get the shine. I asked what she was feeding, sure enough Pedigree! Had her order the Canidae I use most of the time, and she is seeing shiny coats now after a few months!
