Hey guys. My boyfriend and I currently live together. We just got the Jack yesterday and he's perfect. I stayed with my sister and family who also have a yorkie (Ruby), and they got a long fine.
The reason I thought it would be ok was due to the fact when my sister got her yorkie (Ruby), my bf's yorkie (Garrisson) was agressive at first but definitely got adjusted to her with slow introduction. Garrison was 5 when my sister brought Ruby home and we introduced them, he eventually got along with Ruby, and now that Ruby is bigger than him; because Garrison is a toy and much smaller, he seems to really enjoy her company.
All in all I think it will just take time. I'm reading all I can on the situation and will be consulting a trained professional.
Any advise would be great. A little less scrutiny and a little more help. I thought this was a forum.
