I'd keep them separated until she acting totally back to normal, at least a week, maybe two. If they play hard together normally > two. You don't want her to be making any quick moves that may adversely affect her surgery. Definitely discuss this with your vet when you pick her up...

Also, a quick wipe with a pet wipe to help get the hospital smell off her may help.
