I don't know about Dawn helping with fleas, but apparently it kills them instantly. That's awesome! Wish we had that in SA.
To make sure that she doesn't have fleas anymore, you need to treat your whole house and garden. There are different natural ways to do this: you can sprinkle diatomaceous earth, you can spray a mixture of eucalyptus-oil-and-water or you can make lemon water which is then used to wash your floors, etc. I think the instructions for making lemon water are on YT somewhere, but I have the recipe if you want it.

Personally, I wouldn't put any more chemicals on her if I had a choice. If it were me, I'd treat the house and then see how things go. You can always use Advantage when the natural things don't help, but try the natural remedies first... and keep checking her for fleas.
