Anyone else experience this?
This happened to Toto and she did develop an infection. I use earplugs every time she has a bath since then and haven't encountered this problem again. My vet also discovered that instead of plucking the hairs from her ears that the groomer was just using sharp pointed scissors and clipping them way down in there. This caused a mat of hair which kept the water from coming out, i.e., the infection. I now only allow my vet to pluck her ears ... no more infections and certainly no more groomer!
