London had a rash similar to that at one point, the spots were a little smaller though. The vet said it was probably a spider/bug bite and it gave her an allergic reaction. She had me give her Benadryl and she was normal in a few days. You said that you found a bug on her so maybe it's the same thing? If she isn't uncomfortable I wouldn't worry too much. If it changes or is bothering her though, take her to the vet. It doesn't look like flea bites to me, London had those once, ugh.
