 could it be fleas or something else?
I was giving my Sophie her usual tummy rub tonight and when I looked down at her like I always do...she had what I thought was a rash, but it looks sort of like bug bites. I put her in the bath with some warm water and I saw what looked like a small brown tiny bug moving up her stomach, I grabbed it, squeezed it between my fingers to kill it and threw it in the water. I kept checking her and found no others. I was wondering if this is what flea bites look like. I feel terrible she is all bit up and I was wondering if I should run to the store and get some flea shampoo, or wash her in some dawn. I haven't ever dealt with fleas before, so I am new to this and wondering if anyone thinks that her bug bites might be flea bites in the picture below.
