My husband and I just went through this with our baby. K9Kidneys on Yahoo Groups is a wonderful resource for information from the admins as is Dogaware.com and CRF Dogs on Facebook. Nutrition, recipes, meds, all are addressed and if your particular question is not addressed they are more than willing to answer and offer great advice.
