I'm sure some dogs do fine on RC but for the price, it's hardly got any meat, and it's got corn as the first or second ingredient.

I think she is asking about prescriptions foods. Even here in the US we are limited to Hills, Waltham, Eukanuba, IAMS and Purina. Given a choice, I personally think Waltham (Royal Canin) prescription diets are better than Hills.
