They are all cute and I can see why someone would want to jump at the chance but why on earth ask if he was giving them away! Maybe just wishful thinking.
The 3rd pic does look like a chocolate -- the pink nose is telling. Sometimes I have a hard time seeing the difference of chocolate and standard colors in a pic online but the nose usually tells. Standard color yorkies have a solid black nose. Choclates have a pinkish/brownish nose.
