I think a Teddy bear cut and Puppy cut is sort of the same thing. All the hair on their face is cut short. Cookie had the "puppy cut" once but he doesnt like when I got him. Even though his hair was always pretty silky it was fluffier and it looked cute. Now if they cut ittoo short his hair is super straight/silky so it doesnt look like a teddybear.
