I was in the room when my Peppy had his echo done, there really is no reason for you not to be in there. Peppy was awake and she put him in a sort of weird contracption so she could ultra-sound on his heart and him not be able to move.
I was there two times... I patted him and was able to soothe him with my voice. The cardiologist showed me the heart and the valve that was not working correctly. It really helped me understand exactly what was going on with him...
