In CA you can not bring a dog into a hair salon. We own a salon and we never ask anyone to take their dog out. Actually, we have dog treats for them.
I have been asked to leave Home Depot. I still take her in - it just depends on the person working at the time. Sometimes they are just jerks. I took Gina into Sports Authority and some dumb women (shopper) said really loudly, "There's a dog in here!" It was like, "yeah, so what!"
