Thank you for the info. Our puppy was on a surrogate mum as she had complications at birth. I have arranged for the vaccinations, and the veterinary needs.
I didn't really want to put him in a cage, but listening to other people I think I will consider it.
I thought he weighed on the big side, which is why I am going to change his food to a more nutritious and less bulky food.
