You will need to wait a bit after she throws up before offering her water or ice, if given too soon it will just make her throw up more.

It would be wise to have a vet look at her. Pancreatitis comes to mind for one, if that's the case, she shouldn't have anything by mouth.

If she got into something or ate food that is too rich, it could make her sick, and the vet is the only way to determine how serious this could be.
