I have a question about licensing. I'm afraid in our town there is a limit of two dogs per household and we have four. I was thinking about trying to get a kennel license, because I would really like to foster dogs too! I'm at home all day, own a large house and have a fenced in yard. I do live in a residential area though. I was wondering if any of you have dealt with this or have a kennel license. I also live in fear that someone will say something about the dogs.
