Do you have a pic I could see of the length of the eyebrows? This will be a little time consuming, but daily you can put in one of the gels that stiffen the hair, and on the third day wash out the face/topknot. Try banding back the longer hair behind the eyebrows then using that gel to brush the eyebrow hair back and into the hair. When you use this type of product it is a good idea to wash face regularly.
Hang in there and in 2-3 mths you will be able to band back
