How can people continue to own a dog and let it get in the condition Happy was in?
Obviously they cared nothing about the dog or don't know how to love, because if they did, they would never have let Happy get in that condition. It's so hard to hear that poor little dogs suffer like this.
Obviously, you and your husband have the love and compassion Happy desperately needed. Surely it was fate that your husband found him. I am always to happy to hear when one of these babies lands up with angels like you two.
