If you sew, maybe you could alter the Medium to fit your yorkie that needs a size small? I could do this, but would have to charge to do this since it would take ALOT of time to take apart the ribbing, alter and reattach the ribbing.
I will keep looking for one of these in size small for you. Maybe I will get "lucky" today while I am out shopping.
