LOL. I hear it at least 3 times a day and I am only on the phones 5 1/2 hrs a day on weekdays. Sorry about that. We also get people who say the want to add insurance then have to go outside to their vehicles to get their ins card or sometimes their purse for the info. If you want to add insurance you might possible need the ins info! My daughter also works at a call center, her for adt security and we love to share call stories.
