Isla has always been skittish even as a puppy. She loves me and 2 of my kids but that's it. She really hates young boys who are hyper and crazy. She goes after their ankles and has nipped a couple. I discipline her and don't coddle her when she's unsure as to not 'reward' her behavior. When I'm not around she will reluctantly sit in my husband's lap but as soon as I walk through the door, he's toast. One owner dog! I feel bad cause everyone wants to pet her and thinks she's cute but she wants nothing to do with anyone!
