I have no problem saying "No" to Otis, but I try to say "GOOD BOY" more than I say "no."

For instance, on walks, if he starts tugging on his leash, I'll say "Heel" instead of "no." And whenever he makes eye contact with me, I'll say "GOOD BOY" so he knows he's getting praised when he makes an effort to know where I am.
