It all depends on the yorkie

When I frst got Lady we never put clothes on her because we cant get any here (Majorca,Spain),so she was at least 6months old when I was able to get some from some great stores on the internet

She sat VERY still the first couple of times we put clothes on her,but we were able to get her used to them by getting her to play whist she was dressed

We used her favorite toy to get her to walk around just so that she could feel that the clothes werent going to hurt her or stop her from moving, and she took to them very quickly..infact she apreciates them now

Jess was 8 weeks old when I got her and I already had some clothes for her..but she LOATHES being dressed. We tried for a couple of weeks doing exactly the same as we did with Lady, but we could tell she hated the whole experience and we decided to respect her.So I have a baby that likes to be naked, and a baby that cant get enough of being dressed..lol.
If you want to get your baby used to being dressed, you have to do it slowly..put your baby in a t-shirt and get out her favorite toy, throw it around and make her fetch it etc.Once she realises that what shes wearing isnt going to limit her movements, she should be fine

About the bows, thats ALOT easier. Its just a matter of drawing their attention to something else when they start to fiddle with it.If you baby starts to scratch or paw at it,try taking her for a walk or playing with her..after a few minutes, they forget its there
