I had a new patio door installed today and one of the guys bent over the baby gate Lizzy was barking and growling behind and she bit him! I couldn't believe it. She nailed him! He could have made an issue of it too, as she even broke the skin, but luckily he didn't.
She acts like she wants to kill many people, but she really is afraid of most people and wants to be left alone. I usually tell people who come over to ignore her, that she isn't really a "people" dog.
I got her when she was nine months old and have taken her everywhere, and have tried very hard to socialize her, but she isn't interested in befriending anyone else.
She is a one person dog, period.
Just means I have to be even more careful to prevent something like this from happening again. Sheesh! I have a killer yorkie!
