Denamarin is a supportive therapy used for dogs with liver disease. Denamarin is ok but denosyl and Marin are preferred as separate drugs over the combo since it is optimal to give denosyl is to be given on a fast and Marin on a full stomach. Our dog has liver disease and she takes denosyl and Marin separately and is on moderate protein vegetarian diet as this works best for her.
