because the owner (who is a friend of the family and rescued a pregnant yorkie mama and papa) is moving out of the country and can't take the last puppy. her daughter was going to take her, but her landlord is not being agreeable. they don't want to sell her to a stranger and would love for the sibs to grow up together.
