You mentioned allergies - has he been tested for them? Have you tried Claritin, Benedryl, etc? I normally don't have allergy symptoms but if I don't take an allergy med I get fluid behind my ears, vertigo, etc. Maybe Brownie's kinda like me. Does your vet have any ideas to prevent the infections?
