Sophie Kate runs with me, not long since it gets so hot here but she could go a mile in the cool weather.
Funny story, at our gym they had a "dog run" that we attened. Of course there were many runners with their "running dogs" and me with my Yorkie. As you can imagine we got plenty of comments but you know who finished the entire run with her Mom? Sophie Kate did, new respect for Yorkie's at my gym now.
