They are basically saying to the Buyer that they are not responsible for ANYTHING once the puppy leaves them. They obvisoulsy don't care about their puppies life long well being. Nothing mentioned of a right of first refusal either. That is a huge part of my contract. I want to make sure my baby will come back to me if the new owner can't keep it for any reason. This is a must for me.
I just don't understand some folks...and that is a poor contract without the puppies best interest in mind.
