You have to get him to do his Crown Pork roast.
He gets the pork made into a "crown" - probably 5 or 6 ribs.
Stuffs the center with sausagemeat, asiago cheese, breadcrumbs, a little chicken stock and Bells seasoning.
It is to die for!
And to think when I married him, his specialty was peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Couldn't even make macaroni and cheese out of the Kraft packages and when sent to the store for a lettuce came back with a cabbage!
