Ok here is the drill
I started July 18, so I am about 90 in
No fried food...NONE
No processed foods
No red meat
No pork
No sweets except fresh fruit or smoothies made with fresh fruit (no additional sugar)
Whole GRAIN bread only (not whole wheat), and only one slice of that a day with breakfast
No sodas, diet or regular NONE
No artificial sweetners or products that contain any
No coffee, switched to herbal tea (unsweetened instead)
No white rices or pasta, brown rice and whole wheat only.
Exercise//// jogging. walking, biking, weights, only missed about 4 days not exercising since July.
That's what it takes for me, you may not have to work as hard, but I have no metabolism.
