Levi can run a mile pretty easily and he weighs about 5.5 pounds. I don't think he could handle a 4-mile jog though, that's impressive! He can walk for miles, but I think he'd get tired of running after about a mile and a half without a break.
I also haven't found a hands-free leash I am comfortable with using. Wondering what the OP uses for such long runs. When I've taken Levi running, I've just used a lead wrapped around my wrist and it wasn't very convenient or comfortable.
