Just love the jacket and Zhoie looks so cute. Sent you a PM about the sizing. I was wondering how it fits around the chest since my Jamie would need a small for the length but her chest is only 14 inches, and the size chart shows 17 to 22 1/2 in the chest for the small. Can it be made tighter than what it says on the size chart? The xsmall says 12 to 17 inches in the chest but would be 3 inches too short for her.
They also make what looks like a great winter jacket but again size may be an issue. Thanks for any help!
