After several exams they advised me he had PLE which is where your body does not keep the protien in there body and leaks out of the intestines. He was on prescription dog food and several pills. We had a hard battle, and my wonderful Mikey fought it for two years, and he lost the battle, my heart aches for him so much, it has been two weeks, and I cant stop crying as He was born in the house, and I bottle fed him, I lost him at eight years old. But thank God I still have his mom and dad and sister. But there will never be another Mikie.I had him cremated so he would always be in the house with me.

So sorry to hear about little Mikey. How sad, I've never heard of that. Did the vet say if that was a genetic disorder, or a virus? How scary... again, sorry for your loss
