You have to take her outside and wait till she 'goes' then give her alot of praise and a treat. Take her out and go with her every two hours to start, as she learns you can extend the time inbetween. If she learns, and has accidents, then start over.

I would never allow her outside at night alone. Many reasons... just not a good idea!
