I'm sure you know by now that clipping yorkies nails is not the easiest thing to do. They are very touchy about their feet.
The one thing you must remember is that when you hold the paw in your hand to make sure you keep a firm grip close to the base of the nail. In other words the movement of the nail is what causes them undo comfort. Do not clip past the arch of nail, in other words where it begins to curve is. If you do, you are in danger of causing bleeding. Keep sceptic powder or quick stop on hand.
I've trained mine to lay on their backs, on my lap for nail clipping. Some will lay on their tummies and hand me their paw.
The thing you are going to have to learn is what works best for you. Some do well while they are in the bath. Bending the paw backward so, they can't see the clipper coming toward them.
Or you can use a strong emery board and file them down.
