The emergency office said to bring her in, right? You wouldn't want to take an online forum answer over them. A 10 month old puppy who hasn't eaten in over 24 hours is at risk for low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) in addition to the worry of dehydration. These little ones of ours can go very bad very quickly. You will feel much better having a professional look at her. Then maybe they can give her some fluids at the very least.
