Look at Zhoie's Lands' End raincoat that arrived today. I just love it and it fits perfect, even the hat, LOL.
The quality is excellent, with a gray sweatshirt type material lining.
I think Zhoie will actually wear the hat when it's raining too.
When I look at her in the hat....it cracks me up!
