Weird. I've never seen that before. I saved one of your photos, and my software shows it at 200 kb and tiny too. The resolution was high 480, but even when I dropped it down to 72 ppi it was too small to view.
Anybody else have any suggestions? I usually just size them 4" x 6" at 72 pixels per inch, and they upload fine.
