This store on Etsy is a little pricey but very nice:

All 3 of mine have the copper tags and they look exactly like they did when I first purchased them over a year ago. I've bought some that were stamped with my contact info which rubbed off over time. They are hand engraved and have not worn down a bit since the day I put them one their collars. OH~I am one of those bad mommy's who make her babies where them all the time.
